How to Prep for the Covid Vaccination

 

The vaccine … it’s a big area of unknown. But let’s focus on what we have a deeper understanding of, at present, to reduce possible reactions.

The spike proteins generated from the mRNA are very inflammatory and very immunogenic. Simplified, to reduce potential reactions to the vaccination we should support the reduction of inflammation in your body before you get your jab.

💉 Bring a cold pack with you and place it on the site of the injection as soon as you can, as this will block the immune reaction. Once you get home, continue using a cold pack throughout the day. If you continue to have immune reactions the following day, have cold showers and continue with the cold press. Super important!

💉 Take fish oil. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), one of the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil supplements, is a potent immune suppressant. If you take high dose EPA you will be more susceptible to infections, because it is a powerful immune suppressant. However, in the case of an immune adjuvant reaction, you want to reduce it. Studies show that if you take EPA oil one hour before injecting a very powerful adjuvant called lipopolysaccharide (LPS), it would completely block the ability of the LPS to cause brain inflammation. Take a moderate dose every day and more if needed to tame a cytokine storm.

💉 If you know that you are not eating as well as you could be, and if you feel stress is accumulated or you are not reacting to life’s stressors in a resilient way - Please consider Activated B's and Liposomal Glutathione.

I recommend the following for a month before, and at least two months post jab;

🌿 Optimise your Vitamin D levels. While natural sources of vitamin D can raise concentrations, these sources are regarded as ineffective to maintain winter concentrations in the range needed in this instance of (120-125 nmol/L). Vitamin D supplementation-related adverse effects, such as hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria are rare and usually result from taking extremely high doses of vitamin D for a prolonged time.

🌿 Reduce gluten and dairy in your diet

🌿. Avoid food intolerances

🌿. Reduce alcohol

🌿. Pull back on sugars

🌿. Take a practitioner quality Quercetin supplement (dihydrate is my preferred form).

🌿 Infrared sauna and cold exposure (small doses of both)

🌿 Epsom salt baths daily for 14 days

If you are choosing to have the AstraZeneca vaccination consider supplementing with Ubiquinol, Vitamin C, Omega-3 (DHA & EPA).

We can all be our own safe haven. Even the tiniest steps are worth their weight in gold.

Action is the greatest gift that only you can give to yourself.

We have to be able and willing to step outside the pull of unhealthy and unhealthful cultural norms and make the critical space to do our meaningful thinking.

The first thing I need people to take in is if they are going to work with me or read my work because for me this re-frames the core of moving through all obstacles we have around stress, rush, health, weight, etc … The very blantant truth is that living under the guise of society’s expectations - is not living.

We have been fed a narrative that stepping outside or away from norms is the wrong way to exist and this narrative furthers unhappiness, unhealthiness, pressure, and a life that is too fast to enjoy.
