An hour for mums and their daughters to share a unique bonding and learning experience. Had you known female hormones fluctuate and crash during our entire monthly cycle, would you have been able to navigate the sometimes turbulent waters with a little more ease?

This in-person experience will benefit all females, no matter what stage of your hormone cycle you are in.

Holding these sessions stemmed from my own wish that my mother may have taught me some of the things I know now about how to live calmly and courageously as a woman in the modern world.

As mums let’s teach our girls what to expect of the first period, the range of normal cycle length, the amount of blood, changes in feelings, hunger, energy, and moods, and how to navigate and even thrive with this. Not a single person told me what was normal or what to expect beyond the consensus that periods were gross and painful.

The female infradian and hormonal cycle holds our unique power and should be understood and celebrated!

This is an invitation to a mother-daughter mentorship focusing on the importance of mother-daughter communication and openness on the topic of menstruation and the understand of our unique female biology. Do your daughter really know exactly what a period is? Do you know? Discover why it is so important a female’s uterine lining falls away every month and what this means in terms of how we show up daily. What role do hormones play during a female’s cycle and why don’t they affect boys/men as much.

Bookings require a minimum of 8. The group session runs for approximately one hour in your venue.
